PARTYKLES takes immense pride in crafting premium, high-quality kids’ clothing designed with love and care. Each piece is thoughtfully made to bring joy to your little ones and ensure their comfort.

While we strive for perfection. As a result, we do not have a return policy, and refunds are not available. we understand that sometimes things might not go as planned, in exceptional circumstances we would try our best to accommodate you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes an exchange might be required. Please note the following terms for exchanges:

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Exchanges are only applicable for ready-to-purchase pieces (non-customized items) for its sizes.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

Timeframe: Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 working days of receiving the product.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

Exchange Process:

Request: To initiate an exchange, email us at Teampartykles@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the exchange.

Approval: Once approved, instructions for the exchange process will be shared.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item to us and for the delivery of the exchanged piece.

We do our best to ensure your satisfaction and appreciate your understanding of our policy.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND

We try to get your order to you at the earliest. In order to be able to do so, we need to process each order at the earliest, hence delayed cancellations can be hard to accept. Cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations

• Timeframe: Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Custom Orders: Orders for custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be cancelled once placed.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, as the materials and effort for each piece are carefully allocated upon order confirmation.

Store Credit
For eligible cancellations within the 24-hour window, we may provide store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
