Cancellations & Refund

We try to get your order to you at the earliest. In order to be able to do so, we need to process each order at the earliest, hence delayed cancellations can be hard to accept. Cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations

• Timeframe: Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Custom Orders: Orders for custom-made or personalized pieces cannot be cancelled once placed.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, as the materials and effort for each piece are carefully allocated upon order confirmation.

Store Credit

For eligible cancellations within the 24-hour window, we may provide store credit, which can be used for future purchases. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize quality and craftsmanship in every piece we create.
